Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults
Marilyn
Vahovich, Director
The RCIA program serves
multiple needs. Those who have never been baptized
in any Christian Church may be prepared gradually
for the Sacraments of Initiation: Baptism,
Confirmation, Holy Eucharist. Christians of
other denominations as well as those with no church
affiliation, or those who have lapsed from
Catholic practice are offered an opportunity to
deepen their faith commitment. Candidates meet
weekly, beginning in the fall of each year through
the Easter Vigil. Contact
the church office for information.

Parish Library
Evelyn Cagney, Librarian
The Parish Library has many
services and resources available in the field of
religious education. Volunteers staff the library
under the Direction of Mrs. Cagney. Resources are
purchased or donated for the use of parishioners.
Others within our community and surrounding areas
also make use of our resources. The library is open
Monday through Friday from 9:00 - 11:00am. One may
also use the library from 11:00am to 4:30pm by
making arrangements in the office. A TV and VCR,
overhead projectors, and audio cassette recorders
with earphones may be used in any meeting room in
the building. We welcome all to browse,
check out materials, or to volunteer in making our
parish library a means for enriching our faith in
God. |
